Fresh baseboards and trim give a room definition. The right preparation and finish depend on the existing coating, profile and everyday wear.
Pinx offers trim & baseboard painting in Houston, Conroe and six surrounding Texas communities. Your written scope sets the work fee; paint and materials are separate, at actual cost.
Measure linear feet, not the room’s floor area. New installation, stripping and complicated profiles are different jobs from repainting existing simple trim.
Before we pick up a brush
- Measure the length of the pieces to be painted.
- Review joints, rough spots, scuffs and existing finish compatibility.
- Identify simple baseboards separately from detailed crown molding or higher-access trim.
ONE USEFUL QUESTION
Can we include door frames?
Yes, we can discuss frames and casings as part of the trim scope. They are not automatically included in the interior-door planning fee.
