Who we are
Pinx Painting is the public business name of PINX PAINTING - THE WOODLANDS, a sole proprietorship in Conroe, Texas. For privacy questions, contact Hunter Ricks at hunter@pinxpainting.com or (832) 966-1152.
Information we receive
When you visit this website, our hosting provider, Vercel, processes network and request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser information and requested page. Our current public website provides telephone contact and an external Google Maps link. Following the Maps link takes you to Google, whose own privacy practices apply.
When you contact us, you may share your name, email address, telephone number, project address, photographs, preferences and other project details. Please share only what is needed to discuss your painting project.
How we use information
We use enquiry and communication information to respond to you, discuss estimates and project details, arrange agreed services, support our customers, and maintain appropriate business and security records. Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in recurring texts or marketing.
Calls, recordings and text messages
For communications through a Pinx tracking number, CallTrackingMetrics and telephone carriers process phone numbers, call and message details, and message content. Calls through those numbers may be recorded and transcribed. Authorized Pinx personnel and service providers assisting us may access these records for customer service, project administration and service quality.
Customer-initiated texts may be routed through CallTrackingMetrics to our designated business recipient. This internal forwarding helps us respond to enquiries; it does not enroll the sender in a marketing program. Text forwarding is being registered with carriers and is not available as a guaranteed contact method. Please call or email if you need a response.
Your mobile number and messaging permission
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in consent, message-originator data or text-message content with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This exclusion applies to any other information-sharing described in this policy. We may provide the information needed to vendors that help us operate or deliver our own communications, including CallTrackingMetrics and telephone carriers, subject to that service purpose.
We do not use the messaging program described in our SMS terms for promotional or bulk marketing. You may withdraw messaging permission at any time using the methods in those terms.
Other service providers and disclosures
We use hosting and communications providers to deliver the website and handle enquiries. We may also disclose information where needed to comply with applicable obligations, protect people or our services, or carry out a service you request. Messaging consent and originator data remain excluded from third-party marketing sharing.
Retention and your choices
We retain information according to the purpose of the enquiry or service, operational needs and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Provider-held records may remain subject to the provider's own storage and security rules. CallTrackingMetrics makes historical communication records available for up to five years under its published storage policy; some security and audit logs are kept longer. This is not a promise that every record will be deleted on a specific date.
You may ask us to review, correct, provide or delete information associated with your enquiry by contacting Hunter at the email or phone above. We will verify the request and review applicable recordkeeping requirements and provider-held copies. Please do not send sensitive identity documents or account passwords in an ordinary text or email.
Cookies and website changes
Our public website loads Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. Loading it sends Google network information needed to provide that script, such as your IP address and browser information. The installed container currently has no Analytics or advertising tags. Optional analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization are set to denied before Tag Manager loads; this installation does not grant permission for them.
If we introduce optional analytics, advertising or additional collection, we will update this notice and provide the applicable choices before activating those features. Essential hosting and security processing may still occur when you visit. You can contact us using the details above with privacy questions or requests.

We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. See our terms and SMS information for messaging details.
