Painting in Magnolia, TX

Your place.
Your priorities.

For a larger property or a project spread across several areas, clear priorities make a difference. Tell us which spaces come first and how we can reach each part of the work.

We’re Hunter and Ester, the husband-and-wife team behind Pinx. Bring your ideas, your practical questions and the surfaces you want to change. We’ll start with a conversation about what the work should include.

A USEFUL START

1. Identify the building and surfaces included; do not use floor area as a substitute for paintable exterior area.
2. Note gates, access routes and any surfaces requiring higher access.
3. Separate the must-do work from the nice-to-have work so we can discuss phases.

Timing and access are confirmed for your project address.

Clear fees.
Materials at cost.

We agree on the work fee for your scope and keep paint and other materials separate. Buy materials yourself or have Pinx purchase them at actual cost, with receipts and no markup.

A personal approach to color

Our pink and orange come from our own story. Your home gets its own palette, whether you’re drawn to a quiet neutral or a bolder change. Share the things you already love about the space.
